Following on from Benchmarking, Business Analyst Reports will take you through various scenarios on how to optimise your business performance.

• We will show you how small alterations to your pricing and costing policies can make significant differences to your profits

Five Year Performance Review
We will take the past five years figures from your Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet and will produce meaningful comparisons in both graphical and spreadsheet form. Our experienced staff will add their comments to each graph to explain the year on year fluctuations.

This report is very useful to take to your bank manager.

Company Risk Checking
Worried about how much credit to offer potential new customers or the viability of your major suppliers? Then we can provide you with the following service.

Supply us with a list of all the companies (it must be UK registered companies) that you want monitored and we shall initially provide a credit score for each of them and advise you of any legal actions which have been or are ongoing.

Thereafter every 2 months we shall inform you of any changes in circumstances that may affect your decision to carry on doing business with a particular company.

In addition, at any time we can also provide details of the last 3 years Balance Sheets (assuming all have been filed up to date), details of any parent company ( if applicable), who the directors are and a list of other companies which they may be directors of and details of the company secretary.

The cost for this service is only £25 plus VAT per quarter for up to 25 companies to be monitored or £30 plus VAT per quarter if over 25 companies.

We can also provide a full report i.e. credit score, summary of results, details of any holding company (if appropriate) and details of directors and company secretary on a one off basis at a cost of £5 plus VAT per company.
